Our response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic

During this time of unprecedented uncertainty, we are focused on the safety and well-being of our families, employees, customers, and partners. Our hearts go out to everyone around the world who has been affected by COVID-19, either directly or indirectly.


We take the threat posed by COVID-19 seriously, and we are taking appropriate measures to ensure we communicate with and continue to provide our customers with our services. We are continuously monitoring our approach to our customers and our personnel. Despite the current challenges of the developing global situation, we remain focused on your success.


We are reviewing and monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and our approach is based on the guidance from the following sources:

Our core business remains the support of large-format printing equipment. The majority of service visits will still require an on-site engineer and therefore we are sharing our guidelines for engineer visits.

Before an onsite visit...

Prior to an on-site visit, customers will need to confirm that social distancing is actively in place at their offices and that the area around the equipment can be isolated solely for our engineer.

Protecting our staff & customers...

Our engineers will be provided with relevant PPE including disposable gloves, anti-bacterial spray, and facemasks.

Anti-bacterial cleaning...

All machinery will be cleaned thoroughly with anti-bacterial spray both before and after the repair.

No signatures required...

Signatures will no longer be required upon completion of the repair. Our engineer will complete a service report and take photographs of the repaired machinery.

We are following current advice from GOV.UK

We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and shared the results with the people who work here

We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance

We have taken all reasonable steps to help people work from home

We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace

Where people cannot be 2m apart, we have done everything practical to manage transmission risk
